Our venue finding service is completely free for our clients. We receive a small commission directly from the venues once an event takes place.
Because venues in the USA typically don’t pay commission on meeting space, we charge a small venue finding fee for US conferences (normally around 10% of the conference spend, depending on the size of the booking). We do, however, have excellent contacts across the USA and are always happy to assist.
