Calling All Event and Meeting Bookers in the Cambridge Area!
Join us for the Cambridge Events Exchange Showcase – Wednesday 11th November, 3.00pm–6.30pm.
HotelRes, in partnership with Cambridge City Football Club, is delighted to invite you to an informal afternoon of all things meetings and events at the new FWD-IP Community Stadium in Sawston.
Come along and meet a selection of local venues and event suppliers, discover new ideas and make valuable connections with fellow event organisers.
Enjoy a coffee, a slice of cake and a friendly chat while exploring what the local events industry has to offer. You’ll also have the opportunity to take a look around the stadium and its impressive meeting and event facilities.
It’s completely free to attend, with plenty of free parking and complimentary Wi-Fi if you need to keep an eye on your emails.
Whether you can stay for the whole afternoon or just pop in for half an hour, we’d love to see you!
Planning to come along? Please drop Luisa a quick email at luisa.smith@hotelresuk.com to let us know.
We hope to see you there!
