In 2019 we formed a partnership with TR Global Events. Another well established and reputable event management company also based in Cambridgeshire. Our partnership enables Hotelres to offer a complete solution to our clients. From the initial conversation on the event location and delegate requirements to on the day operations.
TR Global Events have managed a variety of different events including gala dinners, exhibitions and roadshows to VIP soirees and Christmas parties for over 2500 people. Together we offer a complete solution to ensure your planned event is successful.
Since the pandemic Hotelres and TR Global have realised there is an even greater need for virtual and hybrid events. Together we can provide you with a competitive solution, advising and delivering on a range of different options to suit all budgets. Cambridgeshire and Beyond Destination Management
Both HotelRes and TR Global are based in Cambridgeshire so we know the area very well both personally and professionally. We are working together not only to offer a complete event service but to champion the local area for groups and events.
Since 2020 we have been working with TR Global Events on TR Global Destination Management (DMC). A Destination Management Company that is able to champion inbound incentive and experiences in and around the Cambridgeshire region and around the world.
We are utilising our combines skills to plan and execute a range of services within this remit. If you are planning to bring a small, medium or large group to experience what this region has to offer, our range of bespoke packages will never fail to disappoint. From the group arrival through to departure our chaperone service ensures your group get the best out of their trip. Flights, car hire, college tours and excursions can all be factored in.
